REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

All BAEkery orders are made to order and ingredients are purchased specifically for every item. Because of this I cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Even if your treats have not been baked yet the ingredients have already been bought for your order which means the cost has already been committed.

The BAEkery also does not offer refunds. Every item is handmade with care and created just for you. Once ingredients are prepped and the order is in progress the materials and time cannot be recovered.

If you ever experience an issue with your order please reach out within twenty four hours of receiving it. I am always willing to review your concern and make sure you feel supported. My goal is to give you a sweet and positive experience with every order.
